BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

            Mr. Del Guercio is a highly respected transactional attorney.  His corporate transactional practice includes formation of business entities and the acquisition and divestiture of business entities and assets.  His real estate transactional practice includes representing both public and private clients in connection with substantial real property development, redevelopment, purchase, sale, lease, and financing transactions.  These transactions involve complex land use, planning and zoning issues, environmental issues, economic development and finance, redevelopment projects, water and mineral rights, joint use and mixed use developments, public/private partnerships, owner participation agreements, disposition and development agreements, Government Code § 65864 development agreements, acquisitions in lieu of the exercise of eminent domain powers, infrastructure agreements, cooperation agreements and remediation and other environmental-related agreements.
